Terms and Conditions

You must read and understand our terms and conditions prior to registering for any of our courses.

Course fees are due in full at the time of registration. Course fees are refundable if the course is cancelled by Armed Citizens Training Academy, LLC. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Student can reschedule a CWP class without penalty up to 7 days prior to class date. All other classes can be rescheduled without penalty up to 2 weeks prior to class date.

Student certifies that he/she is a citizen or a legal resident of the United States of America.

Student certifies that he/she is at least 18 years old. Note that you must be at least 21 years old to apply for your State of Florida Concealed Weapons Permit.

Student certifies that he/she has no criminal convictions and that is not currently under indictment or prosecution for any offense.

Student certifies that he/she is not wanted for questioning or arrest by any law enforcement or government agency.

Student certifies that he/she has no history of mental illness or substance abuse.

Failure to meet any of the conditions listed above will result on disqualification from taking a class and forfeit any paid fees.

Student agrees to sign a Waiver, Release of Liability, Discharge, Covenant Not to Sue, Hold Harmless Agreement and Acknowledgment of Assumption of Risk before the class begins.

Student agrees that his/hers training may be terminated at any time during the course if his/hers actions are not deemed appropriate by Armed Citizens Training Academy, LLC staff.

Armed Citizens Training Academy, LLC reserves the right to refuse training to anyone as they see fit.
